• Based about a quarter mile outside Detroit, Michigan.

• I have a Master’s degree in Library Science from Wayne State University and a B.A. in Arts & Humanities from Michigan State University.

• I have been, in my day, a manager of several small businesses, an owner of one, a waitress, a print-ad salesperson, an editor, a Creative Director, an art conservator, and a nanny.

• I love pinball, used book stores, noodles of all kinds, and any excuse to jump into a body of water.
